Cabinets for Parkland's newer, larger houses
Parkland stayed rural for a long time. It incorporated in 1963 and had no stores or traffic lights until Heron Bay and Parkland Isles were built in the mid-1990s and early 2000s. By Census estimates two-thirds of its homes date from 2000 or later, more than four in five are detached houses, and two-thirds have four bedrooms or more.
If your kitchen still has the builder's cabinets, the layout may be fine and the storage is what falls short. Options include a pantry wall with roll-out shelves, an appliance wall with panels over the refrigerator and dishwasher, drawer banks in the island and a coffee station away from the main work area.
If the rest of the house needs cabinetry too, vanities for the bathrooms, laundry cabinets and closet cabinetry can come from the same shop in matching finishes, on one itemized quote. For the whole kitchen, see kitchen remodeling in Parkland.

Know what your kitchen remodel costs before anyone walks through your door.
A few quick questions, one honest range built from what we actually charge in South Florida — not a national average from a website that has never seen your kitchen.
What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery projects cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, more for larger layouts and premium finishes; bathrooms from $6,000 for a powder room to $38,000–$49,000 in labor for a Premium primary suite, plus finish materials you buy at retail; flooring $10–18 per sq ft with a $3,000 minimum; whole-home renovations $35–75 per sq ft of living area. Every number comes from our own signed contracts, not a national average — get the range for your project in the calculator. The in-home measure and the written, itemized estimate are free. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), free when you sign the contract.
Cabinets are quoted per project, not per foot from a brochure: the price depends on the number of boxes, door style, finish and hardware. Your 3D design comes with one written, itemized quote where the cabinet line is shown separately from countertops and labor.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Questions homeowners ask us
Our Parkland house is from the 2000s. Should we replace the cabinets or reface them?
If the boxes are sound and you like the layout, refacing changes the doors, drawer fronts and hinges and keeps the rest; see cabinet refacing. If you want different storage, an appliance wall or a bigger island, new cabinets are the way to get it.
Can you build cabinets for other rooms in the house?
Yes. Vanities, laundry cabinets and closet cabinetry come from the same shop as the kitchen, with matching doors and finishes, and they can go on the same itemized quote.
Can we see the cabinets before ordering?
Yes. The designer brings samples to your house, you are welcome to see them at our shop on Wiles Road, and the 3D design shows the whole kitchen in your own room before you sign.
How are cabinets for a large kitchen priced?
Per project, with the cabinet line shown separately in the itemized quote. For the whole kitchen, turnkey without appliances, the calculator gives $43,500–$56,500 for a large kitchen with an island at the Signature level and $56,000–$72,500 for an extra-large kitchen with a double island or a butler's pantry.
Can you build a coffee station away from the main work area?
Yes. A short run of cabinets with a counter, an outlet for the machine and drawers for cups, placed where people can reach it without crossing the cook's path. It is drawn in 3D with the rest of the kitchen.
When could the cabinets be in?
The 3D design and the itemized quote arrive within 5 business days of the consultation. Once the contract is signed, the cabinets are built in our shop a short drive away, and a typical kitchen is installed 4–6 weeks after signing.
