Kitchen Countertops in South Florida
Quartz and natural stone chosen with samples in your home, templated after the cabinets are installed, and priced on the same itemized quote as the rest of the kitchen — no second contractor to coordinate.
- Samples brought to your home
- Templated after cabinets are set — tight seams, level tops
- One price with the kitchen or bathroom
- Installed under the same contract
Countertops as part of the kitchen, not a separate job
The most common countertop problem in South Florida has nothing to do with the stone: it is the hand-off between a cabinet installer and a stone shop that never met. Tops templated from drawings instead of installed cabinets, seams landing in the wrong place, a sink cut-out that does not match the base. Dreamery templates after the cabinets are set and level, fabricates through our stone partner to that template, and installs under the same contract and project manager — so the countertop line in your quote is the price you pay.
Materials we install
- Quartz — the default for most kitchens and bathrooms: non-porous, consistent pattern, no sealing; a wide range of marble-look and solid colors.
- Natural stone — granite, quartzite and marble for owners who want the real thing and accept sealing and care; we explain the difference between quartzite and marble before you choose.
- Waterfall islands, full-height backsplashes and integrated sinks — detailed in the 3D design so the slab layout and seams are decided before fabrication.
- Bathroom vanity tops — quartz or stone matched to the tile, cut for the undermount sinks and faucets you choose.
Outdoor kitchens use materials rated for sun and salt air — see outdoor kitchens.

Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach · Instant estimate
Know what your countertop project costs before anyone walks through your door.
Six questions, sixty seconds, one honest range built from what we actually charge in South Florida — not a national average from a website that has never seen your kitchen.
What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery projects cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, more for larger layouts and premium finishes; bathrooms from $6,000 for a powder room to $38,000–$49,000 in labor for a Premium primary suite, plus finish materials you buy at retail; flooring $10–18 per sq ft with a $3,000 minimum; whole-home renovations $35–75 per sq ft of living area. Every number comes from our own signed contracts, not a national average — get the range for your project below. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead.
Countertops are priced per project on the same written, itemized quote as the cabinets and labor: material, fabrication, edge profile, cut-outs and installation on one line, so you can compare it with any stone-shop estimate. Quartz and granite sit at one level, quartzite and marble higher, and details such as waterfall edges and full-height backsplashes add slab area.

Questions homeowners ask us
Do you replace countertops without remodeling the whole kitchen?
Our countertops are installed as part of a kitchen or bathroom project — that is how we guarantee the fit between cabinets and tops. Ask during the free consultation; the designer will tell you what makes sense for your kitchen.
Quartz or granite for a Florida kitchen?
Quartz is non-porous, needs no sealing and keeps a consistent pattern — the practical choice for most homes. Granite and quartzite are natural, heat-tolerant and each slab is unique, but need periodic sealing. We bring samples of both.
Why do you template after the cabinets are installed?
Because walls are not straight and floors are not level. A template taken on the real, leveled cabinets gives tight seams, even overhangs and exact sink and cooktop cut-outs. Templating from a drawing is where most countertop problems start.
Can I see the slab before it is cut?
For natural stone, yes — the slab layout is approved with you before fabrication. For quartz the pattern is consistent, so the sample is representative.
How long between templating and installation?
Fabrication follows the template within the project schedule written into your contract; the countertop stage is planned so the kitchen is usable again as soon as the tops are set and plumbing is reconnected.
Which areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties: Miami, Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach and the towns in between.
