Dreamery provides residential remodeling services in Florida, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, window replacement, flooring installation, and hurricane-proof home improvements. Information on the Site (including project photos, financing details, product catalogs, and pricing examples) is provided for informational purposes and is not a binding offer. All work is subject to a separate written contract.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, project images, the Dreamery name and mark, and the arrangement of the foregoing — is the property of Dreamery or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Submissions and Lead Forms

When you submit information through a form on the Site (for example, our quote-request form), you represent that the information is accurate and that you own or have permission to provide any photos or details included. By submitting information, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-transactional messages at any time by replying “STOP.”

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as financing partners, scheduling tools, Google Maps, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
