Questions homeowners ask us
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in South Florida?
A standard kitchen with 15 to 25 linear feet of cabinets runs $19,000–$24,500 at our Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium. That is turnkey without appliances. A small galley kitchen starts around $14,000, and a large kitchen with an island runs $26,000 to $75,000.
Is $20,000 enough for a kitchen remodel?
For a galley kitchen, yes: $14,000–$18,000 at the Essential level. For a standard L- or U-shaped kitchen, $20,000 sits at the low end of the Essential range ($19,000–$24,500). Signature finishes, an island or a layout change take it past that.
What does the calculator include, and what changes the price?
Demolition, cabinets from our own shop, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical hookups, installation and project management. Appliances are extra unless you add them through us, about 35% more. Moving walls or plumbing adds about 20%. The list under the price table shows every option and what it adds.
How accurate is the calculator?
It is a budget range, not a quote. The numbers come from our own signed contracts and quotes, so most projects land inside the range once we measure. Layout changes and condo logistics are the things that move it, which is why the calculator asks about them.
What happens after I get my range?
If the range works for you, we measure at your home. The measure and the written, itemized estimate are free. The 3D design package is $99 instead of $500, and free when you sign the contract.
