What Dreamery projects cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, more for larger layouts and premium finishes; bathrooms from $6,000 for a powder room to $38,000–$49,000 in labor for a Premium primary suite, plus finish materials you buy at retail; flooring $10–18 per sq ft with a $3,000 minimum; whole-home renovations $35–75 per sq ft of living area. What does Dreamery remodel?
Kitchens and bathrooms first — with cabinets and vanities from our own shop — plus outdoor kitchens and flooring when they are part of the project. Whole-home renovations built around a kitchen or bath are common.
Which areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties from our shop in Coral Springs: Miami, Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach and the towns in between. Design consultations are free and in-home.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A typical kitchen is 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough. Structural changes such as opening a load-bearing wall can extend it; condo approvals add lead time before work starts. You get a written finish date in the contract.
Where do your cabinets come from?
We design and manufacture them in-house in Coral Springs. All-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware are standard, at direct-from-manufacturer pricing — no distributor between you and the shop.
Will you give me a final price during the consultation?
Yes. The in-home consultation is free. The 3D design package — a rendering of your new space plus one itemized price within 5 business days — is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you sign your project with us.
How do payments work?
Milestone payments, so you only pay as work is completed: 10% deposit at contract, 40% on cabinet ordering, 40% at install start, 10% at final walkthrough. We never ask for the full amount upfront.
Do you handle permits, HOA and condo approvals?
Yes. City or county permits, HOA architectural paperwork and condo board packages are prepared by our coordinator. It is part of project management, not an extra fee.
Do you offer financing?
Promotional financing options may be available for qualified buyers through our lending partners. Pre-qualification takes about 60 seconds with a soft credit pull. Dreamery is not a lender; offers are subject to lender approval.
