At kickoff we hand you a day-by-day schedule so you always know what happens next.

Q: What's your warranty?

Standard cabinets and vanities include a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty for the original residential purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to warranty exclusions and proof-of-purchase requirements. Labor and installation warranty terms are provided in writing with your contract.

Q: Do you serve all of South Florida?

Yes — from Miami-Dade (Coral Gables, Aventura, Pinecrest, Kendall) through Broward (Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, Weston, Coral Springs) up to Palm Beach (Boca Raton, Delray, West Palm Beach). All design consults are free and in-home.

We set up a temporary cooking station before demo day — fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a small prep counter — usually in the dining room or garage. The work zone is sealed with floor-to-ceiling dust barriers. Most homeowners cook simple meals at home through the entire build instead of eating out for weeks.

Q: What if the project runs over schedule or over budget?

Fixed price + a written finish date are in your contract, with a penalty schedule for missed days — we don't get paid for our delays. If something unexpected shows up behind a wall, you get a photo and a written change order to approve before any extra work happens.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Promotional financing options may be available for qualified buyers through our lending partners. Pre-qualification takes about 60 seconds with a soft credit pull that does not affect your score.

How do payments work?

We use milestone payments so you only pay as work is completed: 10% deposit at contract, 40% on cabinet delivery, 40% on install start, 10% at final walkthrough. We never ask for the full amount upfront.

Will you give me a final price during the consultation?

During the first consultation, we clarify your goals and give you an approximate price range. If the budget range and our process work for you, we can prepare a design package (ask your project manager about current design discounts); after that, we can provide a firm final price.

Where do your cabinets come from?

We design and manufacture our cabinets in-house — no middleman. That means KCMA-certified construction, all-plywood boxes (no particleboard), solid-wood dovetail drawers, and soft-close hardware standard across every project — at direct-from-manufacturer pricing.
