Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. Condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top, and the calculator accounts for them. Country clubs and condos in Boca Raton
The country-club communities have an architectural review and contractor-registration step, and the coastal condos add board approval, insurance certificates and work-hour rules; all of it is handled by our coordinator.
Two things we check on the first visit in an older East Boca house: the cast-iron drain lines under the slab, which are often near the end of their life, and the electrical panel, which may not carry an induction cooktop or a second oven. Both are priced up front if they need work, so the itemized quote is the real number.
