Custom Kitchen Cabinets in Jupiter
More than half of Jupiter's homes went up in the 1980s and 1990s, and Abacoa's townhomes followed from 1997. Their kitchens get cabinets drawn for the room and built in our own shop.

Jupiter's 1980s and 1990s kitchens
Jupiter grew from about 9,900 residents in 1980 to about 25,000 in 1990, and by Census estimates more than a third of its homes were built in the 1980s alone. Jonathan's Landing, built from the late 1970s on, and Admirals Cove, developed from the mid-1980s, date from that boom. Kitchens from that period often have raised-panel cabinets under a soffit, an island too small for the room and a pantry that is just a tall door.
Abacoa came later. The town annexed its land in 1994, construction began in 1997, and the builder DiVosta put up more than 4,000 townhomes, houses and live/work units there, in neighborhoods such as Mallory Creek. Townhome kitchens there tend to be compact, so built-to-measure storage counts: tall pantry units, drawers instead of doors, and a peninsula where an island would crowd the walkway.

What Dreamery projects cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, more for larger layouts and premium finishes; bathrooms from $6,000 for a powder room to $38,000–$49,000 in labor for a Premium primary suite, plus finish materials you buy at retail; flooring $10–18 per sq ft with a $3,000 minimum; whole-home renovations $35–75 per sq ft of living area. Every number comes from our own signed contracts, not a national average — get the range for your project in the calculator. The in-home measure and the written, itemized estimate are free. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), free when you sign the contract.
Cabinets are quoted per project, not per foot from a brochure: the price depends on the number of boxes, door style, finish and hardware. Your 3D design comes with one written, itemized quote where the cabinet line is shown separately from countertops and labor.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Building for a kitchen 75 minutes away
Our shop is in Coral Springs, about an hour and a quarter south of Jupiter. The designer comes to your home with door and finish samples for the measure, and the cabinets are built and finished in the shop, so they arrive as finished boxes ready to set, scribe and level.
Many Jupiter communities are gated, and some are guard-gated with a marina and a club. Contractor registration, work hours and where trucks may park are checked with the association before the schedule is set.

Do you work as far north as Jupiter?
Yes. Jupiter is about 75 minutes from our Coral Springs shop. We plan for the distance: the cabinets are built and finished in the shop before they make the trip.
Our kitchen is from the 1980s. What usually changes?
If the soffit above the wall cabinets is empty framing, it comes out and the uppers run to the ceiling. The raised-panel doors give way to the style you choose, the island is sized to the room, and the pantry gets pull-outs instead of deep shelves. The designer checks the soffit and the walls during the consultation, and the findings go into the itemized quote.
Can you build cabinets for an Abacoa townhome?
Yes. Townhome kitchens there are compact, so we use height and depth: tall pantry units, drawer banks and a peninsula where an island would block the path to the living room.
What are the cabinet boxes made of?
All plywood, with solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hinges and slides. That is standard on every Dreamery kitchen, not an upgrade, and it holds up to Florida humidity far better than particleboard.
How long from design to installed cabinets?
The 3D design and one itemized price arrive within 5 business days of the consultation. After you sign, the cabinets are built in our Coral Springs shop, and a typical kitchen is finished 4–6 weeks after the contract is signed.
Can I pay for my kitchen over time?
