Bathroom Remodeling in South Florida
Spa-level bathrooms with proper waterproofing, custom tile work and vanities built in our own cabinet shop — one written price, one team from design to install.
- Free in-home design consultation
- Fixed, itemized price before work starts
- Waterproofed showers built to last
- Permits and HOA handled for you
The short version. Dreamery remodels bathrooms across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Your written quote fixes the labor price for the agreed scope and lists what is included. You buy the tile and fixtures directly from retailers using our shopping list, and we add no markup to those purchases; a custom vanity from our Coral Springs shop is quoted as its own line. A full bathroom typically takes 3–6 weeks of construction. The estimator on this page gives you a range in about a minute.
Bathrooms done by the people who build the cabinets
A bathroom is small, but it is where remodels go wrong: waterproofing, drainage, tile alignment and ventilation all have to be right the first time. Dreamery designs the space, builds the vanity and storage in our own Coral Springs shop, and installs with our own crew — so there is one company responsible for the result.
What we do
- Full bathroom renovations and primary-suite baths
- Tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers with frameless glass
- Custom tile and stone: floors, shower walls, niches, benches
- Vanities, medicine cabinets and storage from our own shop
- Plumbing and electrical changes, lighting, ventilation
- Permits, HOA and condo-board paperwork, inspections
Waterproofing first
Showers are built as a system — pan, membrane, slope, drain — before a single tile goes on. That is what keeps a bathroom looking new for years.
Vanities from our own shop
Sized to your wall, not to a catalog. All-plywood boxes, soft-close hardware, finishes matched to your tile.
One written price
Itemized and fixed before we start, with milestone payments as work is completed.
One team, one schedule
Designer, project manager and installers are Dreamery employees; the finish date is in the contract.
How the project runs
Free in-home consultation
A Dreamery designer comes to your home with samples, takes precise measurements and walks through layout options. About 30 minutes, no obligation.
3D design and itemized quote
Within 5 business days you get a 3D rendering of your new space and one written, itemized price. The 3D design package is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Contract with a fixed price and finish date
Price and schedule are fixed in the contract, with a penalty schedule for delays on our side. Milestone payments: 10% deposit, 40% on cabinet ordering, 40% at install start, 10% at final walkthrough.
Cabinets built in our own shop
While the permit and HOA paperwork goes through review, your cabinets are manufactured in our Coral Springs facility: all-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers, soft-close hardware standard.
Install and final walkthrough
Our own installers, one project manager, a clean site every day. The finish date is written into the contract before work starts.

What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery bathrooms cost in 2026: we price bathrooms as labor plus rough materials. You buy the finish materials (tile, fixtures, a stock vanity) at retail from our exact shopping list with no markup, or we build a custom vanity in our Coral Springs shop and quote it as its own line. A small full bath (5×8) runs $12,000–$15,500 in labor at the Essential level, $15,000–$19,500 at Signature and $19,000–$24,500 at Premium, plus roughly 35–70% of that for finish materials. Powder rooms start around $6,000; primary suites run $24,000–$49,000 in labor. Turning a tub into a walk-in shower adds about 25%; a permit package about $3,500. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Every project gets one written, itemized price that is fixed before work starts — cabinets, countertops, labor, permits and project management on one page. No allowances that quietly grow later.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Questions homeowners ask us
Can you convert my tub to a walk-in shower?
Yes — tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common bathroom projects. We handle the plumbing changes, waterproofing, tile work, glass and fixtures, plus the permit paperwork.
How is a bathroom priced?
As labor plus rough materials, fixed in writing before work starts. You buy the finish materials (tile, fixtures, a stock vanity) at retail from our exact shopping list with no markup; a custom vanity from our shop is its own line. The calculator on this page gives you a range.
Can the price change after I sign?
The quoted price covers the agreed scope. If that scope needs to change, because you ask for something new or we open a wall and find damage nobody could see, we explain why and you approve a written change order with the cost and any schedule impact before the extra work starts.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on scope: a shower or vanity update is much faster than a full gut renovation. Whatever the scope, the finish date goes into your contract in writing, with a penalty schedule for delays on our side.
Do you build the vanities too?
Yes. Vanities and storage come from our own cabinet shop in Coral Springs — all-plywood construction, soft-close hardware, sized to your bathroom rather than to a catalog.
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. The first consultation is free and in-home; you get measurements, samples and a 3D rendering of the new bathroom before you sign anything.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. Permit paperwork in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and HOA or condo-board submissions are handled by our coordinator as part of project management.
How do payments work?
Milestone payments as work is completed — a deposit at contract, then stages tied to delivery, install start and final walkthrough. We never ask for the full amount upfront.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Promotional financing options may be available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull. Dreamery is not a lender.
