About half of Pinecrest's homes were built in the 1950s and 1960s, by Census estimates, the years of the ranch-style houses on one-acre lots that set the village's character. More than half of all homes have four bedrooms or more.
If yours is an original ranch house, the bathroom may still have a tub-shower combination and tile from the 1960s or from a later update. One plan gives the tub's space to a walk-in shower, adds a double vanity where the wall allows, and, where the drain is old cast iron, replaces the section under the room while the floor is open.
If your primary bath is already large, the work is in finishes and fixtures: slab walls, a thermostatic valve, a freestanding tub, lit niches, a heated floor. Those belong to our Premium level.

What Dreamery bathrooms cost in 2026: a fixed labor price plus an itemized shopping list. You buy the finish materials (tile, fixtures, a stock vanity) at retail from our exact shopping list with no markup, or we build a custom vanity in our Coral Springs shop and quote it as its own line. A small full bath (5×8) runs $12,000–$15,500 in labor at the Essential level, $15,000–$19,500 at Signature and $19,000–$24,500 at Premium, plus roughly 35–70% of that for finish materials. Powder rooms start around $6,000; primary suites run $24,000–$49,000 in labor. Turning a tub into a walk-in shower adds about 25%. The in-home measure and the written, itemized estimate are free. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), free when you sign the contract.
Every bathroom gets a fixed labor price and an itemized shopping list, with no markup: demolition, waterproofing, tile and stone setting, vanity and fixture installation, plumbing and electrical changes and project management are priced in writing before work starts. You buy the finish materials from the shopping list at store price, so nothing hides in an allowance.
When the vanity and storage come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup on the cabinetry line. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Pool baths and guest baths
If the house has a bathroom that opens to the pool or the patio, it gets used with wet feet. Slip-resistant floor tile, a shower without a curb where the slab allows, and a plywood vanity that copes with humidity suit it.
Our vanities, linen towers and medicine cabinets are built in Coral Springs with all-plywood boxes and soft-close hardware, sized to each wall. The designer brings tile and finish samples to your house.

Can a 1960s Pinecrest bathroom get a double vanity?
If the wall is long enough for two sinks with working room at each. Where it is shorter, a single wide sink with drawers on both sides is the alternative. The 3D design shows what fits.
What is a thermostatic valve, and is it worth it?
It holds the water at the temperature you set, even when someone runs a tap elsewhere in the house. It is part of our Premium level, along with body jets and lit niches.
Can the pool bath have a curbless shower?
Where the slab allows it. A curbless floor slopes all the way to the drain, so the slab has to be recessed or the floor built up. We check at the consultation; where it is not possible, a low curb of a couple of inches is the simpler build.
What does a primary bathroom cost in Pinecrest?
Labor is a fixed price, and you buy the finish materials at retail from our shopping list with no markup. A primary bath runs $38,000–$49,000 in labor at the Premium level and $30,000–$39,000 at Signature. The calculator on this page gives the range for your room.
Can we see the bathroom before we commit?
Yes. The in-home measure and the written, itemized estimate are free. The 3D design package is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you sign your project with us.
