Powder rooms start around $6,000; primary suites run $24,000–$49,000 in labor. Turning a tub into a walk-in shower adds about 25%. Townhomes, towers and HOAs in Kendall
About 16% of Kendall homes are townhouses and nearly a fifth are in buildings of 50 units or more. In a tower the shower drain stays within reach of the building's stack and the association approves the work first. Yes. Depending on the slab and where the drain can go, we build a low-threshold shower with a curb of a couple of inches, or a curbless one. A bench, a hand shower and blocking in the walls for grab bars can be part of either.
What is a fixed labor price?
It is our price for the agreed scope: demolition, waterproofing, tile setting, plumbing and electrical changes, vanity and fixture installation, and project management, written before work starts. You buy the tile, fixtures and a stock vanity at retail from our shopping list with no markup, so nothing hides in an allowance.
What does a primary bathroom cost in Kendall?
