What Coral Springs bathrooms need
Coral Springs was built in waves between the early 1970s and the late 1990s, and its bathrooms are remarkably consistent as a result. In Ramblewood, Maplewood, Cypress Run and the older sections, the primary bath is a compact room with a tub-shower combo, a single vanity and a fluorescent box light. In the newer neighbourhoods — Turtle Run, Wyndham Lakes, The Greens, Eagle Trace — the primary bath is bigger but follows the 1980s and 1990s template: a corner garden tub under a small window, a separate shower barely wide enough to turn around in, cultured-marble double vanity tops and a wall-to-wall mirror.
In both cases the fix is the same idea. The garden tub goes, and the space it occupied becomes a large walk-in shower with frameless glass, a niche and a bench. The cultured marble is replaced with quartz on a vanity built to the actual wall length, with drawers instead of a cabinet you have to kneel in front of. The single mirror becomes two, the box light becomes layered lighting, and the exhaust fan is finally sized for the room.
Coral Springs is also where our shop is. Your vanity is built a few miles from your house, the crew is local, and the project manager can be on site the same morning if something needs a decision.

What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery bathrooms cost in 2026: we price bathrooms as labor plus rough materials. You buy the finish materials (tile, fixtures, a stock vanity) at retail from our exact shopping list with no markup, or we build a custom vanity in our Coral Springs shop and quote it as its own line. A small full bath (5×8) runs $12,000–$15,500 in labor at the Essential level, $15,000–$19,500 at Signature and $19,000–$24,500 at Premium, plus roughly 35–70% of that for finish materials. Powder rooms start around $6,000; primary suites run $24,000–$49,000 in labor. Turning a tub into a walk-in shower adds about 25%; a permit package about $3,500. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Every bathroom gets one written, itemized price for the work, fixed before work starts: demolition, waterproofing, tile and stone setting, vanity and fixture installation, plumbing and electrical changes, permits and project management on one page. Finish materials go on a separate shopping list, so nothing hides in an allowance.
When the vanity and storage come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup on the cabinetry line. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Permits, HOAs and the local advantage
Bathroom work that touches plumbing or electrical is permitted through the City of Coral Springs, with inspections at the usual stages. Most Coral Springs neighbourhoods are HOA-governed, and while interior bathroom work rarely needs architectural review, many associations do have contractor-access and dumpster rules. Our coordinator handles both.
The practical difference in our home city is logistics. Cabinets do not travel on a truck for a day: they are built here, delivered here and installed by a crew that starts from here. Deliveries can be scheduled tighter, a missing piece is replaced the same day, and the walkthrough happens when it suits you rather than when a route allows it.

Questions homeowners ask us
Can you convert my garden tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes — it is the single most common bathroom project we do in Coral Springs. The tub platform comes out, the drain is relocated, a properly sloped pan and waterproofing membrane go in, then tile, a niche or bench, and frameless glass. Plumbing is inspected before the shower is closed up.
Do you replace the cultured marble tops from the 1980s?
Yes. They are usually replaced with quartz on a new vanity built to your wall length, which is also the moment to swap a doors-only cabinet for real drawers and to move from one long mirror to two.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on scope: a shower or vanity update is much faster than a full gut renovation. Whatever the scope, the finish date goes into your contract in writing, with a penalty schedule for delays on our side.
Do you handle City of Coral Springs permits and HOA paperwork?
Yes. Permits for plumbing and electrical work, plus any HOA contractor-access notices, are prepared by our coordinator. It is part of project management, not an extra fee.
Where are the vanities made?
In our own shop in Coral Springs — all-plywood boxes, dovetail drawers, soft-close hardware, sized to your wall and matched to your tile. No showroom markup on the cabinetry line.
Which Coral Springs neighbourhoods do you serve?
All of them — Ramblewood, Maplewood, Cypress Run, Turtle Run, Wyndham Lakes, The Greens, Eagle Trace and the rest — plus neighbouring Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate and Tamarac.
