What Weston kitchens ask for
Weston was built almost all at once, between the early 1990s and the mid-2000s, and its kitchens were built the same way: raised-panel oak or maple cabinets under a dropped soffit, a granite or laminate counter, a peninsula or a small island, and a pass-through to the family room. Twenty-five years later the layout is fine but everything else is dated — and because the houses in Weston Hills, Savanna, The Ridges, Bonaventure and Emerald Estates share the same floor plans, we have usually seen your kitchen before we walk in.
The typical Weston project removes the soffit and takes cabinets to the ceiling, replaces the peninsula with a full island that seats four, opens the pass-through into a proper connection with the family room, and swaps the 30-inch range for a 36. Because the cabinets are built in our own shop, they are sized to the room you actually have — not filled out with spacers from a standard catalog — and the whole kitchen is designed in 3D before a single panel is cut.
Weston is also one of the most HOA-governed cities in Broward. Exterior changes need architectural approval, and some communities require notice for contractor access and dumpster placement. Our project manager files the paperwork and schedules deliveries around the community's rules; you sign, we handle the rest.

Six questions, sixty seconds, one honest range built from what we actually charge in South Florida — not a national average from a website that has never seen your kitchen.
What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery kitchens cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium — turnkey without appliances: demolition, custom cabinets from our own factory, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical, installation and project management. Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. A permit package (about $3,500), condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top — the calculator below accounts for them. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Every project gets one written, itemized price that is fixed before work starts — cabinets, countertops, labor, permits and project management on one page. No allowances that quietly grow later.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Soffits, islands and the Weston floor plan
Three questions come up in almost every Weston consultation. Can the soffit go? Usually yes — most are framing and drywall with no ducts inside; we confirm during the consultation, and where there is a duct or a drain we design around it. Can the peninsula become an island? In the common open-plan layouts, yes; the work is moving the electrical and, for a sink or cooktop, the plumbing or gas, all of which is priced in the itemized quote. Do we need the HOA? For interior work, generally only for contractor access rules — we check your community's requirements before the schedule is set.
From Coral Springs our crew reaches Weston in about 25 minutes via the Sawgrass Expressway, which is why Weston kitchens get the same day-by-day schedule and daily clean-up as projects next door to our shop.

Questions homeowners ask us
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Weston?
A typical kitchen is 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough. Removing a soffit and moving a peninsula to an island fits inside that window; structural changes such as opening a load-bearing wall can extend it. You get a written finish date in the contract.
Can you remove the soffit above my cabinets?
In most Weston homes, yes. The soffit is usually empty framing; we verify during the consultation and, where a duct or drain runs through it, design full-height cabinetry around it so the result still reads as ceiling-height.
Do you handle City of Weston permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. Permits for plumbing, electrical and structural work go through the City of Weston; HOA paperwork, contractor-access notices and any architectural review are prepared by our coordinator. It is part of project management, not an extra fee.
Where do your cabinets come from?
We design and manufacture them in-house in Coral Springs — about 25 minutes from Weston. All-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware are standard, at direct-from-manufacturer pricing.
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. The in-home consultation is free. The 3D design package — a rendering of your new kitchen plus one itemized price within 5 business days — is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you sign your project with us.
Which Weston communities do you serve?
All of Weston: Weston Hills Country Club, Savanna, The Ridges, Bonaventure, Emerald Estates, Windmill Ranch Estates, The Lakes and the townhome communities — plus neighboring Davie, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise and Pembroke Pines.
