What Boynton Beach kitchens ask for
Boynton has more association-governed communities than almost anywhere in Palm Beach County, and the kitchen work follows their build dates. In Hunters Run and Leisureville, the villas and condos date from the 1970s and 1980s: a closed galley kitchen with a pass-through to the dining room, a soffit over the uppers, and a doorway that makes the room feel like a corridor. The project there is about light and connection — widening or removing the pass-through where the framing allows, taking cabinets to the ceiling, and putting real storage where a broom closet used to be.
In the Valencia communities west of Military Trail — Valencia Isles, Valencia Cove, Valencia Lakes — the homes are from the late 1990s and 2000s with builder-grade kitchens: raised-panel doors, a soffit, a granite counter and an island that is really just a peninsula with a sink. Those kitchens are structurally fine and cosmetically dated, so the work is a straight rebuild: full-height cabinets in a current door style, a larger island that actually seats four, quartz, and lighting that is not four recessed cans in a row.
East of Federal, in Sterling Village and the older streets near the Intracoastal, the kitchens are in condos, where the plumbing stack decides the layout and the building sets the schedule. We design within the stack and prepare the board package before anything is ordered.

Six questions, sixty seconds, one honest range built from what we actually charge in South Florida — not a national average from a website that has never seen your kitchen.
What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery kitchens cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium — turnkey without appliances: demolition, custom cabinets from our own factory, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical, installation and project management. Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. A permit package (about $3,500), condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top — the calculator below accounts for them. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Every project gets one written, itemized price that is fixed before work starts — cabinets, countertops, labor, permits and project management on one page. No allowances that quietly grow later.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Communities, permits and what actually moves in a Boynton kitchen
Permits for kitchen work with plumbing, electrical or structural changes go through the City of Boynton Beach, or Palm Beach County in the unincorporated areas west of the city. Both are routine and included. What takes planning is the community layer: many of Boynton's 55+ and gated developments require an alteration application and work inside posted weekday hours. Our coordinator prepares the package and schedules deliveries around the rules.
Two things we check on the first visit. In the 1970s and 1980s villas, whether the wall beside the pass-through is load-bearing decides how open the kitchen can become — and where it is bearing, we price the beam up front instead of discovering it later. In the Valencia-series homes, the soffit is usually empty framing, which is what lets the cabinets go to the ceiling and adds a full row of storage.

Questions homeowners ask us
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Boynton Beach?
A typical kitchen is 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough. Community approval adds lead time before work starts, and opening a load-bearing wall adds engineering and an inspection stage. You get a written finish date in the contract.
Can you open the pass-through into the dining room?
Often yes. If the wall is non-structural it is straightforward; if it is load-bearing we design an engineered beam, permit it and price it in the itemized quote before you sign — not mid-project.
Do you work in Hunters Run, Valencia and the other gated communities?
Yes. We prepare the alteration application, insurance certificates and contractor documents these communities ask for, and we work within their posted hours.
Where do your cabinets come from?
We design and manufacture them in-house in Coral Springs. All-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware are standard, at direct-from-manufacturer pricing.
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. The in-home consultation is free. The 3D design package — a rendering of your new kitchen plus one itemized price within 5 business days — is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you sign your project with us.
Which Boynton Beach areas do you serve?
All of Boynton Beach and the unincorporated areas west of it: Hunters Run, the Valencia communities, Leisureville, Sterling Village, Quantum Village and the streets east of Federal — plus neighbouring Delray Beach, Lake Worth Beach and Wellington.
