We design the kitchen in 3D, build the cabinets in our own shop in Coral Springs and install them with our own team. A kitchen remodel with the middleman removed
Most kitchen remodelers in South Florida buy cabinets from a distributor, mark them up, and subcontract the installation. Dreamery does it the other way around: we design your kitchen, build the cabinets in our own Coral Springs shop, and install with our own team. One company is responsible for the design, the price and the schedule.

A Dreamery designer comes to your home with samples, takes precise measurements and walks through layout options. About 30 minutes, no obligation.
3D design and itemized quote
Within 5 business days you get a 3D rendering of your new space and one written, itemized price. The 3D design package is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Contract with a fixed price and finish date
Price and schedule are fixed in the contract, with a penalty schedule for delays on our side. Milestone payments: 10% deposit, 40% on cabinet ordering, 40% at install start, 10% at final walkthrough.
Cabinets built in our own shop
While the permit and HOA paperwork goes through review, your cabinets are manufactured in our Coral Springs facility: all-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers, soft-close hardware standard.
Install and final walkthrough

What Dreamery kitchens cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium — turnkey without appliances: demolition, custom cabinets from our own factory, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical, installation and project management. Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. A permit package (about $3,500), condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top — the calculator below accounts for them. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.

How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?
Typical kitchen: 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough. Smaller drop-in projects can wrap in 3–4 weeks; complex scopes with structural changes (wall openings, plumbing relocation) may take 8–10 weeks. You get a written finish date in the contract.
Where do your cabinets come from?
We design and manufacture our cabinets in-house in Coral Springs — no middleman. KCMA-certified construction, all-plywood boxes (no particleboard), solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware are standard on every project, at direct-from-manufacturer pricing.
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. The in-home consultation is free. The 3D design package — a rendering of your new kitchen plus one itemized price within 5 business days — is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you sign your project with us.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. A dedicated coordinator prepares the permit paperwork and drawings, books the inspections and handles HOA submissions in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. It is included in project management, with no separate fee.
How do payments work?
Milestone payments, so you only pay as work is completed: 10% deposit at contract, 40% on cabinet ordering, 40% at install start, 10% at final walkthrough. We never ask for the full amount upfront.
What if the project runs over schedule or over budget?
A fixed price and a written finish date are in your contract, with a penalty schedule for missed days on our side. Because we run our own cabinet shop, material delays do not stop the job. Anything you add mid-project is priced in writing before it is done.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Promotional financing options may be available for qualified buyers through our lending partners. Pre-qualification takes about 60 seconds with a soft credit pull that does not affect your score. Dreamery is not a lender; offers are subject to lender approval.
