How Dreamery works differently
A typical remodel in South Florida involves a designer, a cabinet store, a general contractor and a set of subcontractors — four companies and four places where the price, the schedule and the responsibility can slip. Dreamery is built to remove those hand-offs. We design the space in your home, manufacture the cabinets in our Coral Springs shop, and install with our own team under one contract, one project manager and one written price.
That structure is what makes our promises possible: a fixed, itemized price before work starts, a finish date in the contract with a penalty schedule for delays on our side, and milestone payments so you never pay ahead of the work.
Recognition
In 2026 Dreamery received a Bronze Stevie® Award in the 20th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, with CEO Ruslan Sadlovskyi recognized in the Business Development Professional of the Year category — a competition of more than 2,100 nominations from 41 nations. South Florida homeowners rate us 4.9 out of 5 on Google. Read the award announcement or our client reviews.
Who you will meet
Your designer measures and draws the kitchen with you. Your project manager owns the schedule, the permits and the HOA paperwork. Our installers are Dreamery employees who leave the site clean every evening. The company is led by founder and CEO Ruslan Sadlovskyi.
Meet the owner
Ruslan Sadlovskyi, owner of Dreamery
Ruslan runs Dreamery out of our cabinet shop in Coral Springs and still walks through finished projects with the owners. He wants to hear it from the client, standing in the new kitchen, before he calls a job done.
In this one he tours a navy shaker kitchen with the homeowner: cabinets built in our shop, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a farmhouse sink and a new island.
Our own cabinet shop
Cabinets are designed and built in Coral Springs — sized to your room, no distributor markup, no container delays.
Our own installers
Designer, project manager and installers are Dreamery employees. One company is responsible for the result.
One written price
Itemized and fixed before work starts. Anything added later is priced in writing before it is done.
A schedule with teeth
The finish date is in the contract with a penalty schedule for delays on our side. Most kitchens take 4–6 weeks.

Questions homeowners ask us
Who will be in my home during the project?
Dreamery employees: your designer, your project manager and our installation crew. Specialty trades are scheduled and supervised by your project manager under the same contract.
Do you have a showroom?
We design in your home instead: the designer brings door, finish and countertop samples and builds the 3D model with you on the spot. It is one of the reasons our prices carry no showroom markup.
Which areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties: Miami, Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach and the towns in between.
What do you remodel besides kitchens?
Bathrooms, outdoor kitchens and whole-home renovations built around a kitchen or bath. Cabinetry for every one of them comes from our own shop.
How do I get started?
Book a free in-home consultation. If you want to see the result before deciding, the 3D design package — rendering plus one itemized price within 5 business days — is $99 instead of $500, credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
