Oak to White Shaker Kitchen in Oakland Park
Oakland Park · 2026 · Kitchen Remodeling · Budget $15,000–$19,000
Before & after
The kitchen had oak cabinets with raised-panel doors, a speckled dark granite top that also covered the wall as a backsplash, and a microwave in the middle of the upper cabinets.
We replaced the cabinets with white shaker cabinets, built in our Coral Springs shop and installed by our own crew. Oakland Park sits a few minutes north of Fort Lauderdale, about half an hour from the shop.
The kitchen was finished in 2026. The final price came to about $17,000.
The cabinetry worked out fantastic. I'm really pleased with the workmanship.
