How payment works

Kitchen remodel: payment schedule

1. 10% when you sign the contract.
2. 40% when you approve the final design and material specifications in writing.
3. 40% when the cabinets are delivered and installation starts.
4. 10% when our work is finished, after the countertop and backsplash are installed.

Bathroom remodel

10% when you sign the contract. The rest is paid in stages tied to the work, and each stage is listed in your contract.

How you can pay

Cashier's check, ACH or bank transfer, wire transfer, Zelle, or credit card. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Payment details are written in your contract.

Changes during the project

Any change to the scope or the price needs a written change order signed by both of us before the work changes, except in an emergency where people or property are at risk. Hidden problems found after we open a wall or a floor follow the same rule: no extra work without a written change order.

Final payment and lien waiver

When you make the final payment, we give you a final lien waiver.

Three business days to cancel

You can cancel within three business days after signing. We return your money within ten business days after we receive your cancellation notice.

Financing

Financing is arranged separately with our lending partners, and pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull. See financing options. Our warranty is written into the same contract.
