Our warranty
One year on our workmanship from the day our work is finished, and the manufacturer's warranty on every material we supply. Here is what that covers and how to use it.

What the warranty covers
We warrant our own workmanship for one year after our work is finished. If a defect in our work shows up during that year, your contract sets out how we fix it.
Materials and cabinets
Materials we supply carry their manufacturer's warranty, and it passes through to you. Standard cabinets and vanities include a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty for the original residential purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to warranty exclusions and proof-of-purchase requirements.
Quartz and natural stone vary in color, veining and pattern, and seams stay visible to some degree. That is the nature of the material, not a defect.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, neglect or missing maintenance, including heat or harsh chemicals on a countertop.
- Moisture or mold we did not cause.
Your contract lists every exclusion for your project.
How to make a claim
- Email my@dreameryhome.com or send certified mail, and describe the problem. Photos help.
- Give us access to inspect it, and to fix it if it is ours.
- Within 30 days we respond with an offer to repair it or another way to resolve it.
Insurance
We carry commercial general liability insurance and give building management a certificate of insurance on request.
