Why the second opinion is worth 30 seconds
The kitchen is the same. The overhead isn’t.
Dreamery builds cabinets in our own South Florida factory and installs with our own crews — so your quote pays for the kitchen, not for a showroom.
Our own cabinet factory
Factory-direct cabinets with no brand or showroom markup — the same plywood boxes and soft-close hardware, minus the middleman.
Fixed price in writing
One itemized number before work starts. The price you sign is the price you pay — no mid-project surprises.
4–6 week installs
Typical kitchen timeline from measurements to final walkthrough — our factory means we don’t wait months on cabinet orders.
4.9★ on Google
53 reviews from South Florida homeowners. Family-owned, with our own cabinet shop in Coral Springs.
Where the difference comes from
Big-showroom quote vs. Dreamery
Two quotes for the same kitchen can be tens of thousands apart. Here’s what’s actually inside each number.
| What you’re paying for | Big-showroom quote | Dreamery |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinets | Ordered from an outside factory, resold with a brand + showroom markup | Built in our own South Florida factory — factory-direct pricing |
| Showroom & sales overhead | Retail rent, sales commissions, and national advertising built into your price | Lean local team — no showroom overhead in your quote |
| Design | Design fees often $500+, credited only if you sign | Complete 3D design package for $99 — yours to keep |
| Who does the work | Layers of subcontractors, each adding a margin | Our own installation crews, one accountable team |
| Price after signing | Estimates can grow with change orders and “unforeseen” items | Fixed price in writing before work starts |
| Bottom line | You pay for the kitchen — plus the overhead | Same kitchen, typically 30–50% less |
Savings vary by project scope and material selections. “Typically 30–50% less” reflects the usual difference between big-showroom retail quotes and Dreamery factory-direct pricing for a comparable scope of work.

Hosting finally feels effortless. We traded the busy speckled counters and orange-y cabinets for a sleek, all-white kitchen with a long waterfall island and a subtle veined splash—bright, simple, welcoming. Friends perch on the stools while we cook, and cleanup takes half the time. Russ kept the decisions clear (bless), coordinated trades like a pro, and the crew left everything spotless each day. No surprise costs, tidy workmanship, and doors/drawers glide like a dream.![]()

Couldn’t stop staring at our before and after pictures is this even the same house We went for a fully custom kitchen and wow no regrets so the old off-white and busy trim is gone then replaced by crisp white cabinetry with that sleek black herringbone splash. The space feels bigger, ,brighter, and way more us .Russ took our scribbles, asked smart questions, and turned them into clean lines and perfect details.Massive thanks to Russ and his crew for the care, communication, and top-tier craftsmanship and our home heartbeat just got a serious upgrade thank you so much to Russ and his skills.![]()

Honestly, I was done with that outdated pink and decided change had to start in the kitchen. Russ proposed a calm grey-and-white palette, streamlined storage, and tucked the appliances away—now everything flows. At night the new lighting feels like a cozy bistro, not a Barbie room. The project ran smoothly, on budget, and I actually smile every morning when I go for coffee.![]()

this new kitchen has made my life easier and happier. The old setup was dim and cluttered; now it’s bright, tidy, and simple to keep clean. Drawers glide without a tug , good for my hands, the counter is one level, and I can reach everything without a step stool. My morning tea by the window feels like a little gift, and the grandkids love sitting at the bar to help. Russ listened kindly, explained things in plain words, and his team treated my home with respect. Thank you![]()

We’re parents of two school kids, and our old kitchen was pure chaos. Now it’s crisp and calm. Traffic flows, lunches pack faster, and I actually enjoy cooking agai. Russ kept choices simple, gave straight answers, and his crew worked neatly and respectfully. No surprise costs, no runaround—just a beautiful, functional result. Big thanks to Russ and his team for bringing sanity and style to our mornings.![]()

Huge mood shift. We went from oak-brown cabinets with cream tile to deep charcoal cabinetry with white tops, brass pulls, and those fun green pendants—instant wow. The new island with the wine slots is a lifesaver; layout finally flows. Russ mapped everything out clearly, checked in at each milestone, and the crew kept dust and noise in check. Joints are tight, doors sit true, and the room feels twice the size. Big thanks to Russ and his team![]()

We kicked things off with just the kitchen, then caught the renovation bug and asked Russ to help us reshape the whole place to fit how we actually live. Room by room, his crew dialed in the flow, storage, and light—now it all feels cohesive instead of patched together. Here’s the kicker: after the work wrapped, our home’s appraisal came in higher than what we’d invested. Total win-win. The 0% APR financing kept cash-flow calm, so we could say yes to the right materials without stressing the monthly budget. Clean workmanship, straight talk, and timelines that stuck. Massive thanks to Russ and his team—we got our dream home and a smarter balance sheet to boot.![]()

Our place went from dark espresso cabinets with a black slab island to a bright, gallery-clean space: warm white cabinetry, a waterfall white top, and a walnut-paneled island with the built-in dining table—so slick. That long matte-black linear light and integrated appliances make everything feel modern and calm. Russ suggested small layout tweaks that freed up prep space and sightlines (game changer). The crew showed up dialed-in, labeled everything, and left the floors spotless without us asking. Pricing matched the plan, timing was on point, and the detailing is razor-sharp. Huge thanks to Russ and his team for the care and craft—couldn’t wipe the grin off my face if I tried.😌🙏🏽✨![]()

We only planned a light refresh, but the transformation shocked us (in the best way). Our old space was all muddy taupe cabinets and a pinkish countertop; now it’s crisp white with warm wood tops and a matte-black faucet—calm, bright, pulled together. Permits and building approvals were a headache we dreaded; Russ stepped in, handled the paperwork and board chats, and kept us sane. The apartment feels bigger, quieter, and way more functional—weeknight cooking is suddenly easy. Craft is tight, communication was clear, and the number we started with is the number we paid. Big thanks to Russ and his team for taking the stress off our shoulders and absolutely nailing it.![]()

Questions homeowners ask us
Fair questions. Straight answers.
Are the cabinets and countertops really the same quality?
Yes. We build cabinets in our own factory with the same construction big showrooms sell — plywood boxes, soft-close hinges and slides — and we install the same quartz and stone countertop brands. Bring your spec sheet and we will match it line by line, so you can compare apples to apples.
Why is it 30–50% cheaper? What's the catch?
There is no catch — the difference is overhead, not quality. A big showroom's quote carries retail rent, sales commissions, national advertising, and a markup on cabinets they order from someone else's factory. We manufacture the cabinets ourselves and install with our own crews, so those costs simply are not in your number.
What if your estimate comes out higher than mine?
Then we will tell you straight — and the second opinion still costs you nothing. Either way, you leave with an itemized breakdown that shows exactly what your current quote includes and what it doesn't. Many homeowners use it just to negotiate.
Do I need to show you the other company's estimate?
It helps — with the estimate in hand we can match the scope line by line and give you a true same-for-same comparison. But it is not required: we can also quote from your measurements and wish list.
Is the second opinion really free? Any obligation?
Completely free and zero obligation. If you want to go further, our complete 3D design package is $99 (regularly $500), and it is yours to keep whether or not you build with us.
Ready for your second opinion?
Answer 4 quick questions, or just call. If we can beat your quote, you’ll know by how much — in writing.
